The US Open Mixed Doubles Championship is set to take place from August 24 to 26, with a star-studded field confirmed to compete. Aryna Sabalenka and Novak Djokovic will headline the event, which will be played at Flushing Meadows.

The team of Sabalenka and Djokovic has the lowest combined singles ranking of any team that entered, and they will be joined by other top players including Elena Rybakina and Taylor Fritz, Diana Shnaider and Daniil Medvedev, and Iga Swiatek and Casper Ruud. Rising women's star Alex Eala and Felix Auger-Aliassime, as well as spouses Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils, have been given wild cards into the event.

Qualifying and Wild Cards

In addition to the direct entrants, eight teams have received wild cards into the main draw. These teams include Alexandra Eala and Felix Auger-Aliassime, Leylah Fernandez and Frances Tiafoe, and Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils. Two teams will qualify for the main draw through a qualifying tournament, which will take place on August 24.

Schedule and Format

The US Open Mixed Doubles Championship will follow a standard format, with qualifying matches taking place on August 24, followed by the first round and quarter-finals on August 25, and the semi-finals and final on August 26. The qualifying matches and main draw matches up to the semi-finals will be best-of-three-set matches with sets to four games, and no-ad scoring. The final will be a best-of-three-set match with sets to six games, and no-ad scoring.
